1. Use approximately 2-3 of the enclosed Red 15ml scoops. (15gm/ml = 1TBSP).
2. More or less may be used as desired.
3. H/E Rated - Low sudsing. Front loading machines may use less detergent.
4. Do not overload machine. Make sure you are washing in enough water to ensure proper agitation and rinsing action.

1. Before placing baby in tub, wet a cloth with warm water and apply soap generously.
2. Place baby in tub of water, holding securely.
3. Use soapy cloth to wash baby being sure to clean creases and folds in baby's skin.
4. Do not get soap in eyes - NOT tear free.
5. Rinse soap from baby's skin and remove from bath. Dry gently and thoroughly.
6. Follow with Natural Baby lotion.
7. After bathtime is a perfect time for a baby massage. It can be very calming and relaxing and creates and wonderful bonding experience.

1. Apply to clean, dry skin on diaper area or cheeks and chin.
2. Re-apply as often as necessary.

It is important to know how much pressure to use on your baby for a massage. The pressure you should use should be the same as pressing your eyelids without any discomfort. Practice by closing your eyes and gently press your eyelids. Use only your fingertips in the small areas of your baby’s body. In larger areas use the palm of the hand. Babies especially enjoy having their feet and hands massaged and their faces gently stroked.
Use this valuable time to soothe and calm your baby and stay relaxed and calm yourself. Creating a special time for baby massage will only take 10—15 minutes but will give far reaching and long term results.

Remember to be gentle and take your time. With a little practice, you'll feel very comfortable shampooing your baby's hair during bath time.

Gather all bath time items such as towels, baby shampoo, a washcloth and a clean diaper.

Shampoo your baby's hair during regular bath time.

Position your baby on his back so that he is facing the ceiling. Most baby bathtubs create this reclined position naturally, but you can easily place baby in this position yourself.

Use a washcloth with warm water to wet baby's head.

Massage a small amount of baby shampoo into the baby's hair and on his scalp. Be careful to not place pressure on the soft spot on the top of baby's head since this could cause discomfort.

Rinse the shampoo out thoroughly by repeatedly wetting and squeezing the washcloth over baby's head. Be sure to maintain the reclined position to keep water and baby shampoo from getting in your baby's face.

Finish bathing baby.

1. Apply to diaper area at each diaper change
2. Apply to cheeks and chin when chapped & red several times daily as needed.

2. Repeal as necessary to eliminate dryness
